Fillited

put in fridge over night then 'pin' bones removed
then mix into fine Corn meal what ever herbs and spices to hand beat a couple of eggs dip fillets in then dip into corn flour spice mix

put veg on cooker
fry in butter skin down flip then re-flip and finish under grill

serve


and there's only 'one' thing to ask ?
What's for Pudding ?

      I've got my hospital dates 27th. June pre-op scan and 18th July under the knife. I wonder if they want to borrow mine ? Kisses back Dad
