put in fridge over night then 'pin' bones removed

then mix into fine Corn meal what ever herbs and spices to hand beat a couple of eggs dip fillets in then dip into corn flour spice mix

put veg on cooker

fry in butter skin down flip then re-flip and finish under grill

serve

and there's only 'one' thing to ask ?

One of the hardest jobs was using the, silly, skeins of yarn if you could find the middle after a while of pulling it, it barfed a big tangle out and if you started from the outside it jumped around the room as it unwound ! So I invested in a centre pull yarn winder 

 the yarn now stays where you put it and pulls out from the middle no problems
